September 19, 2007 - Denver, Colorado: v.1 Labs today announced that it has been chosen by the Canadian Cable Systems Alliance (CCSA) to provide customer care solutions to CCSA Member Companies . The CCSA will endorse v.1 Labs Front Line solution for Member cable operators seeking to control operating expenses related to call center and customer care operations. The agreement includes the v.1 Labs IP Device Diagnostic Center as well as the Self Installation Wizard. The combination of these 3 platforms provides a powerful suite of tools to dramatically reduce the cost of supporting customers while allowing the operator to enhance the end consumer experience.
